My Approach

I believe it is every womb-bearer’s right to know and understand their sexual and reproductive health, cycles, organs, and energetics. Using a combination of biological facts, scientific understanding, and self-observation anyone can be confident in their body literacy and fertility awareness; able to use it throughout their lifecycle, to navigate changes like puberty and perimenopause, avoid or achieve pregnancy, understand and influence hormone balance, and make conscious lifestyle and nutrition choices.

While I work on completing my SHE/FAE (sexual health educator/fertility awareness educator) certification I am excited to offer an upcoming Body Literacy Class Series (online via Zoom) as part of my internship and graduation requirements. Click the button below to learn more and request a spot!
