Internship Body Literacy Class Series - Learn Cycle Mapping

Thursdays in May, 2026

A four class series with three 1:1 follow-up consults; focusing on Body Literacy and the Fertility Awareness Method; learning the Cycle Mapping Technique.

Offered on a sliding scale. Please select based on your capacity and desire or ability to help subsidize those that may have less resources. Lower Range is $75, Average Range is $100, and Higher Range is $125+. (Please note this class series is offered at a high discount due to being student-led. Also note that I do not profit from this offering (all class fees collected are used to pay my mentor for their time and any fee amount over what I owe my mentor goes into the program’s scholarship fund for future educators-in-training).

Class Series Specifics (please review all sections below)

  • This class series is for anyone who menstruates and has a fertility cycle.

    This class series is for people who ARE NOT on (or will be coming off of) hormonal birth control.

    This class series is for anyone, no matter what their fertility health goals are: trying to conceive, trying to prevent pregnancy, or simply wanting to learn more in-depth knowing of their bodies.

  • 4 classes covering the topics of reproductive anatomy and cycle physiology, pleasure, and history, myths, and stories of FAMs. Education on how to accurately observe, interpret, and track your biomarkers and your fertility cycle to achieve body literacy and aid in achieving or avoiding pregnancy.

    3 private follow up consultations to review your charts, hone your goals, and go over lifestyle or nutritional recommendations related to them.

    A supportive cohort to learn with and supervision from my mentor (a certified and practicing FAE/SHE)

  • A sliding scale registration fee to cover the time my mentor will be spending supervising me and my work.

    A commitment to attend all 4 live classes and all 3 follow-up consults (your participation allows me the amount of internship hours I need to log in order to graduate).

    Anonymized cycle charts to be shared with my mentor.

    In-depth intake, post evaluation, and feedback forms.

  • The class series is offered online, via Zoom.

    It will take place every Thursday in May (the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th).

    Each class is 1.5 hrs long, from 6p-7:30p MST

    Three 1:1 follow-up consults are included. They will be 1 hour long and scheduled at your convenience, approx. 1x/month, following the completion of the class series.

  • All classes will be observed by my mentor to ensure accuracy of information and education provided.

    The mentor may speak out during class to correct or clarify details, or I may ask the mentor to step in to aid in answering student questions or if confusion occurs.

    The mentor will not observe the follow-up consults but will be reviewing intake and consult notes and recommendations that are given.
