Abdominal Therapy is a non-invasive, external, massage technique that gently guides internal abdominal and pelvic organs into proper position for optimum health and well-being.

The techniques I use work to relieve congestion and blockages by improving ‘The 5 Systems of Flow’ (arterial, venous, lymphatic, nerve and chi). This results in improved digestive and reproductive organ function by releasing physical and emotional congestion from the abdomen and pelvis.

What I love about the lineage of abdominal therapy I work within, is that it leads to greater connection to, and felt-sense of, your body, along with teaching you how to continue the work yourself. While the sessions I provide offer great benefit, the real magic is the self-care techniques I teach after the hands on work, which allows for continued and never-ending healing and support.
